Order Confirmation

Order Cancellation

Order cancellation requests will not be accepted once an order has shipped. If you wish to return an item, please initiate a return after receiving the package.

Order Cancellation Policy

• The reason for cancellation

Cancellation Conditions:

• Unshipped Orders: If the order has not been shipped yet, we will provide a full refund.
• Shipped Orders: If the order has already been shipped, we cannot cancel it. Please initiate a return after receiving the package.

Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment, and you will receive a confirmation email once the return is processed.

If you do not receive your refund within 7 days, please contact us at service@meelara.com.

Return & Exchange Policy

You can return or exchange items within 30 days from the delivery date. Please note the following guidelines for returns:

Return Conditions:

• Items must be undamaged, unused, and include all original labels and packaging.
• Returns must be authorized by us. We will not accept items sent back without prior notification.
• Items that do not meet these conditions may result in no refund, and the buyer will be responsible for all related fees.

Important:

• Do not return items to the address on the package. This is not our return address, and returns sent there will not be accepted.
• Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the shipping fees unless the return is due to a product quality issue.
• The refund will only cover the cost of the item(s). Shipping fees are non-refundable, as they are paid directly to the shipping carrier.

Damaged or Missing Items:

If your package is missing items or damaged, please keep all packaging, including the outer box, as it may be necessary for us to verify the issue.

• Soak in cold water for 20-30 minutes and clean.
• Cannot be washed by washing machine.
• Do not dry.
• Do not use iron.
• Line dry in shade.
